WAY out

yesterday f and i showed matt's vancouver friends around la, went to yet another japanese festival - there's been a ton of those happening lately! - i bought a long yellow shirt from popkillers and a large black and yellow shirt from nogorito? we were soooo tired from spending the night at the beach so we took a nap at echo park. he was being a total motherfucker on the way there, like stopping abruptly and making loud noises bc he didn't want me to fall asleep. ???
we went to the fuck yeah festival at the echo which was v. v. excellent. especially mae shi. RJ was there which is also excellent bc i haven't seen him for years due to his exile in riverside. Fatima's friend from her band was playing in this other band on the street and he gave me a sticker.
i took a costco value bag from the kitchen and threw bags of sun chips out into the crowd and handed them out. people are so apprehensive about free shit. you KNOW you wanna take it!

laterrrr there was blow up la happening at olive and pico so we went and grooved down by ourselve until more people started arriving. the display of dance moves shown was wildly erratic, from 30 year old "sexy" moms to revitalized cure member with a faggy routine involving waving elbows and gyrating hips, to this awesome 20 something chubs white dude with the cutest crip walk. setting was cool. shoulda had edibles.......!
